We strive to present our products as accurately as possible through high-quality photography. However, screen displays vary from device to device, and we cannot guarantee that colors shown on your screen will perfectly match the actual product.

Product images may feature decorative props or styling accessories shown purely for visual presentation. These items are not included with your purchase unless specifically stated.

Due to the handcrafted and custom nature of our furniture, dimensions may vary slightly from the listed measurements. Minor differences of 1-2 inches are considered within acceptable tolerance.

50% advance payment is required at the time of order confirmation to initiate production of your item.

Orders are delivered within 25 working days from the date advance payment is received and confirmed. If payment is made by cheque, the 25-day delivery window begins once funds have cleared.

Orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been received and production has commenced.

No returns or exchanges will be accepted if the product delivered matches the item shown on the website and arrives in perfect condition. Change of mind does not qualify as a valid return reason.

If a customer is unable to accept delivery within 30 days of the scheduled delivery date, the order will be treated as cancelled and a cancellation fee of 20% of the total order value will be deducted from any refundable amount.

ORDER MODIFICATIONS

Orders may be amended or modified up to 10 days before the scheduled delivery date, subject to the following conditions:

The revised order value must be equal to or greater than the original order amount
A new delivery date will be confirmed based on current stock and production availability
No changes or modifications can be made once the order has been delivered

DELIVERY TERMS

All items within a single order will be dispatched and delivered together in one shipment.

Any issues relating to incomplete delivery, damaged goods, or incorrect items must be reported to our team using the official Feedback and Complaint Form at the time of delivery. If no complaint is recorded at the time of delivery, it will be considered confirmation that all items were received in perfect condition and subsequent complaints will not be entertained.

Failure to report any defect or discrepancy at the time of delivery will be taken as conclusive acceptance that the order was fulfilled correctly and completely.

Delivery dates are provided as estimates only. We will not be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, and no compensation, refund, or damages will be payable for deliveries that fall outside the estimated date.

We are not responsible for any damage that occurs while moving furniture through narrow doorways, stairwells, tight corridors, or restricted access areas.

Delivery to floors above ground level will incur an additional charge where no cargo or service elevator is available at the premises.

Standard orders must be placed and confirmed within 20 days of enquiry.

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion.

WARRANTY & PRODUCT CONDITIONS

Customisation or modification of any product — including installation of locks, hinges, or structural alterations — is not permitted and will immediately void the product warranty.

All goods that have been delivered and accepted by the customer are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

COMPANY RIGHTS

We reserve the right to:

Revise product pricing at any time
Adjust order quantities and charge accordingly
Reschedule delivery dates
Cancel any order where necessary

FORCE MAJEURE

We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling orders caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, fire, floods, epidemics, strikes, transport disruptions,
